Hey, I’m Matt, a product designer from San Diego, CA. I’ve spent the past decade mostly designing 0-1, taking products from concept to launch across industries like crypto and sports betting. I’ve been lucky to work with great teams along the way. I got into design the way most people do, not through a straight line, but through a lifelong curiosity and obsession with how things are made.

My taste has been shaped as much by what’s outside a screen as what’s on it. Computers and video games in the 90s and early 2000s, architecture, cars, fine art, Swiss watchmaking, and Japanese graphic design. All things that still inspire and influence me today. I care about how design works and how it feels, the details nobody expects but everybody appreciates. I want to build things that feel considered, effortless, and human. I’m currently exploring creative coding, motion, and prototyping, and for the first time the tools feel like they’ve caught up to what I’ve always imagined being able to build. I want to keep learning and refining my craft. Always asking questions, always experimenting, always exploring something new.

Outside of design, I maintain a balanced lifestyle through family, friends, golf, hockey, fishing, and a continuous curiosity about history and new things.
